Viltoit CC t/a Kwest Gas & Hardware, trading online as Kwest Online Store, wants you to receive the product you ordered in the condition you expected.

Incorrect or damaged goods
If you receive the wrong product, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.
Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging. This allows us to assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.
Please keep the original packaging, accessories and documentation until the matter has been resolved.
Faulty or defective products
If a product is defective or does not meet the required standard, Kwest Online Store will deal with the matter in accordance with applicable South African consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances and the applicable legal requirements, the remedy may include repair, replacement or refund.
Please do not dismantle, modify or attempt to repair a product before contacting us about a fault.
Change-of-mind returns
A change-of-mind return is different from a product that is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Where a return is permitted by applicable law, the product may need to be unused, complete and in its original condition.
Any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, we will confirm the refund amount and method with you.
The time required for the refund to reflect may depend on the payment method and the financial institution involved.

- Order number
- Product concerned
- Description of the problem
- Photographs or other supporting information where relevant
Please do not return a product without first contacting Kwest Online Store and receiving return instructions.
