1. Shipping Rates & Fees
- Free shipping on all orders over R2500.
- Orders below R2500 are subject to a delivery fee.
- Delivery Fees are calculated as follows:
Shipments weighing below 10Kg will carry a delivery fee of R180.
Shipments weighing over 10Kg will carry a delivery fee of R280. - All orders are shipped using The Courier Guy as preferred courier service.
- We do not charge any handling fees.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are dispatched within one working day after payment confirmation and verification.
- Delivery timeframes:
1 – 3 business days for main cities.
Up to 7 business days for outlying areas. - All orders are shipped via economy courier delivery.
- Orders are shipped only on business days.
- Orders placed after 13H00 will be processed on the following working day.
3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
- We partner with leading courier companies to ensure reliable and fast delivery.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a link to track your package.
- Customers can use the courier’s website to check delivery updates.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
International shipping is available upon request—please contact us before placing an order for international delivery options.
5. Failed Deliveries & Returns
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or absence at the delivery location, the courier may attempt redelivery. If redelivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
