Your payment details may be handled directly by the payment provider. Kwest Online Store does not need to receive or store your full card details where the payment provider handles the transaction.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
This is the normal processing period and is separate from the delivery period.
Delivery
Kwest Online Store delivers nationwide within South Africa.
Orders are delivered using The Courier Guy.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping
Standard shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
Orders of R1,500 or more qualify for free shipping, subject to any specific exclusions or conditions clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements and defective products are dealt with under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law.
